Senate Bill 468 Lame Duck Constitutional Amendment

Senator Bob Regola introduced then Senate Bill 11 which would amend the State Constitution to ban the Lame Duck Session. This bill went nowhere in the last session. He re-introduced it last year as Senate Bill 468. This bill was passed overwhelmingly by the State Senate but, incredibly, has seen no action in the State House.
