Exelon & Free Trade
December 18th, 2009 | by BGuzzardi |
Exelon expects to profit from “Cap and Trade” legislation. Rationally, the largest operator of nuclear power plants responds to the profit incentives in ‘cap and trade’ legislation, the government intervention in the Free Market. Lower energy costs are necessary for the growth of the economy in general. “Cap and Trade” does not advance that goal. Exelon advocates policies in concert with the Greens, the classic “Bootleg and Baptist” alliance and all is not good for The Forgotten Taxpayer and the Individual Consumer.
