Opportunistic Democrat Arlen Specter advances Climate Change bill.
The argument that this bill will do anything but shackle growth of the US Economy is not an insignificant one and that debate will not happen. “Climate Change” is the religious dogma of the Left and Opportunistic Democrat has become a Gore Obama Democrat.
NOTE: It is very unclear that human production of Carbon Dioxide contributes to climate change at all.
Numerous gases make up the Earth’s atmosphere. “Of these, nitrogen represents about 78% by volume, oxygen comprises just under 21%, and other gases (including “greenhouse gases”) make up slightly over 1% by volume remaining. Of the principal greenhouse gases, water vapor is by far the most prevalent. Second place belongs to carbon dioxide (CO2) at 0.04% with methane and nitrous oxide finishing a very distant third and fourth.”
“Carbon Dioxide (CO2) makes up only 0.43% (less than 1/2 of 1%) of the earth’s atmosphere!”
“It is considered a trace gas and could not possibly have any effect on global temperature.”

Water (H2O, 0 – 7%) <The TRUE Greenhouse Gas.
Ozone (O, 0 – 0.01%)
