This is money not well spent.

The Lower Merion School District has spent more than a billion dollars in past ten years, more on nonproductive construction than productive instruction,  and the learning curve is bending downward. If you don’t think this is a good measure, what is? The School District does not present these statistics to the Board or to The Forgotten Taxpayer. Sucking productive savings and investment money from the community cannot be for the public good, in my opinion. And this is the context in which Lower Merion Board of Commissioners operate. All taxpayers are local.
