Oddly, the contracts approved on November 18th for Ludington Renovation Expansion were not in 2009 budget or even, so far, the unapproved on 2010 budget. It does seem this expenditure, like the Ardmore Mini Mall expenditures, are wired. The government knows best LMBOC elitists with their enablers the Republican Old Guard along with the Liberal Avant-Garde Democrats voted for $6,000,000 and, in consequence, the entire $24 million library renovation  future bond issue to cover these contractual obligations. The It is not clear to me how contractual expenditures not approved in budget are legal but Solicitor gave board cover in his incoherent opinion taking the Township Manager’s cue. Millions spent for construction, not one dollar for a book.

The Forgotten Taxpayer, the business person, the young person looking for a job, the consumer is deprived of opportunity,  is screwed and dejected.
